Arvo Growth Partners is looking for a Product Manager (Opening Number: 1281919) to assist with the direct management and growth of Kula Orders. Kula Orders is a product owned and operated by Arvo Growth Partners that offers a free online ordering platform with marketing that is offered to restaurants, stores, and other businesses. The platform is custom branded to each individual business and offers delivery on behalf of the business. By using Kula Orders over our main competitors like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other platforms, businesses are able to save the 30% commission charged by these companies. Like other Arvo Products, Kula Orders operates with several different brands in order to monopolize the market share. In this role, the Product Manager has direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the product. This role will also work closely with the Arvo Corporate Offices to manage, grow, and improve the Kula Orders product. The Product Manager will work to assist with gaining new sales for the product, keeping and maintaining current customer relationships, working with the corporate marketing team to produce new marketing campaigns, working with the corporate finance team to ensure the product is operating within its monthly budget, and working with the corporate executive team on growth plans, operational guides, and product improvement. The Product Manager will also work closely with the corporate human resources department in order to fulfill staffing and payroll requirements. Aside from the work with human resources, this position will directly manage multiple growing teams, however, all hiring/disciplinary actions will be carried out by human resources. From a day-to-day operations standpoint, the Product Manager will carry the duties associated with oversight of order fulfillment, oversight of new client onboarding, assist in new staff training, oversight of client retention, providing support for both staff and customers, daily management of staffing, ensuring daily and monthly goals are met, meeting with various corporate teams to ensure product success and growth, implementation of new operational strategies to continue the growth of clients and revenue, and any other duties as seen fit or requested. The ideal candidate should have experience with product management, knowledge or experience with SAAS-based products, sales experience, sales planning, operational strategy implementation, staff management, and should share the ability to exceed monthly goals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, will have excellent social skills, the ability to problem-solve independently, work to motivate employees to meet and exceed goals and product standards, ability to provide feedback and coaching on employee performance, perform regular analyzation of data, ability to develop new operational processes to improve various areas of the product, and the ability to hold meetings for various purposes. This position will report directly to the Global Director and various corporate-level executives. The Product Manager has a direct opportunity to advance to a corporate position upon success in the Product Manager role.

The Product Manager’s salary will be a base salary along with commission based on performance. This will be a full-time position with Arvo. The base salary will be $38,000.00 annually with an additional $30,000.00 anticipated to be generated in commissions and bonuses upon goals and metrics being met.

Day To Day/Long Term Tasks:
- Working closely with product teams and corporate teams.
- Grow current demand and sales of the product.
- Management of staff/expansion of various teams.
- Design and implementation of new operational procedures.
- Providing training to new team members to ensure individualized success in roles.
- Analyzation of metrics and goals with the target to exceed predicted performance.
- Management of budgeting for the product.
- Client management including onboarding and retention.
- Other duties as assigned.
