Arvo Growth Partners is looking for Customer Account Specialists (Opening Number: 1161513) to assist with the retention of our existing customers and the engagement of our new customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer service, be extremely engaging, quick on their feet, and have great phone etiquette. This position will report directly to the Customer Success Manager and the Head of Growth & Success.
Friend Fone is a product owned and operated by Arvo Growth Partners that operates within several industries such as medical, safety, education, and day-to-day life. The product is designed to provide users with the ability to receive verified check-ins for events, to take medications, general wellbeing checkups, tests and quizzes, tasks, meetings, alarms, and anything the user would like to be reminded of. Like other Arvo Products, Friend Fone operates with several different brands in order to monopolize the market share.
The Customer Accounts Specialist’s salary will be an hourly rate of $13.50 per hour. The candidate may select a full-time or part-time role with Arvo. This position will provide various overtime opportunities at a pay rate of $20.25 per hour. All positions with Arvo have the opportunity to assist with the generation of additional revenue which will provide direct commission per sale.
Day To Day/Long Term Tasks:
- Direct management of existing partnerships.
- Constantly work to improve customer satisfaction and customer retention rating.
- Develop solutions for customers facing problems.
- Exceed metrics set by the Head of Growth & Success.
- Follow up with customers in order to provide solutions or answer questions.
- Assist across multiple departments including light finance, legal, and sales.
What You’ll Need:
- Former experience with customer service/account management, preferably in the software industry or the industry of the product.
- Knowledge of software.
- Basic business knowledge and understanding.
- Creativity & self-sufficient qualities.
- Relationship building and social skills.
- Ability to work with different industries in different regions.
- Ability to think/respond quickly with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to set and exceed goals.
